Alexis deBoschnek
Alexis deBoschnek is a cookbook author, recipe developer, and writer based in the Catskills in upstate New York. Her first cookbook, To the Last Bite, was published in April 2022 with Simon & Schuster. The New York Times called it one of the top ten cookbooks of the year. Her latest cookbook, Nights & Weekends, will be published by Union Square & Co. in August, 2025.
